Graduated from Universidad Panamericana Campus Mexico City, with honorable mention summa cum laude, with special recognition from the Fausto Rico Foundation A.C., for obtaining the best average of the generation of the Law Degree. Graduated with a professional thesis entitled “Propuesta de reforma a la regulación de las medidas cautelares en materia concursal”, which was awarded with honorable mention by the Universidad Panamericana.

He attended the course on Commercial Insolvency, which is given by the Mexican Bar Association, through its Insolvency Law Commission.

He is currently a professor at the Universidad Panamericana School of Law, Mexico City, where he teaches Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Contracts, as well as Procedural Law. Daniel is co-author of the book “Medidas Cautelares Mercantiles: Teoría y Práctica”, published by Dharma Books Publishing as well as the book “Todo Concursal” published by Wolters Kluger.
